Return and Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase, you may return your item for a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping costs, we will return the purchase cost.

If your item breaks within 6 months, ship it to us, email us with the tracking info, packaging and order number and we will repair it free of charge and cover the cost of the return shipping.

If your item breaks after 6 months, ship it to us, and we will repair it for labor cost of $5 per bracelet/earrings/charms and $15 per full length mala or necklace and return shipping.

When returning for the above reasons, please use a traceable shipping service and email the order number, shipping tracking information, purchase date, packaging and item to us, include your return address if necessary.
